Day 1: Arrive Amritsar
Arrival in Amritsar airport/railway station, transfer to hotel, you will check into the hotel with all the formalities required. You will have some leisure time to rest in the afternoon. After Lunch, At around 3 pm, you will visit Wagah Border to witness the astounding Closing Ceremony which starts sharply by 5:30 pm every day. It is a daily military practice that the security forces from India and Pakistan perform. Border closing ‘lowering the flags’ ceremony takes place every evening before the sunset at the Wagah Border. After the ceremony, you will return back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2: Amritsar Local Sightseeing
After a healthy breakfast, you will visit different tourist attractions places in Amritsar. The list includes Golden Temple (known as Harmandir Sahib), Visit Jallianwala Bagh, Jallianwala Bagh has a sad history where many people were massacred by East Indian Company during Revolution time. After lunch, going to Durgiana Hindu Temple Later Drive to Maharaja Ranjit Sigh Museum, The main allurement of Ram Bagh is the summer palace museum of Maharaja Ranjit Singh which also has a history of its own. You will then return to the hotel in the evening for overnight stay.
Day 3: Departure
After Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure on own. Check out from the hotel. In time transfer to Amritsar airport/railway station for your onward journey.
